• Process payments securely through Thawani Pay.
• Connect buyers and vendors for ads and e-commerce transactions.
• Respond to refund requests (handled by vendors).

5. Payment Processing
ADY partners with Thawani Pay to process payments securely. We share necessary transaction details, such as the purchase amount and your user ID, with Thawani Pay to complete your payment. Your payment card information is managed directly by Thawani Pay and not stored by ADY. 6. Refunds, Returns, and Shipping
• Vendor Responsibility: Vendors manage all shipping, refunds, and returns.
• Request a Refund: Request from vendor directly via the App from order page.
• ADY’s Role: We do not mediate refund disputes unless legally required.
7. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share it with:
• Service providers (e.g., Thawani Pay for payments).
• Law enforcement or regulators if required by law.
• A successor entity in case of a merger, acquisition, or sale of ADY.
